$116M Georgia Powerball winner claims prize
Congratulations to the 46 year old executive, who will.. ONLY get $63million .
If someone calmly walked into my office and stated we needed to pray...I would immediately call security and 911.

How would you get to the Lotto office?
For me, the answer is really simple. There is a regional lottery office about 10 blocks from my house. I would put the ticket in my front pocket, grab my trusty .40 cal and strap it on and more than likely walk to the office, but I could also drive if I felt the need for more security.
But then again, I could let my attorney go and claim with a blind trust and never have to leave the house.

Some placed bets with other peoples' money
Includes video report
The B.C. Lottery Corp. disabled its online gambling site last week because the accounts belonging to 134 users had been compromised, organization president and CEO Michael Graydon said Tuesday.
Graydon said that after a major relaunch of the website on Thursday, about $8,000 was wagered by accounts controlled by someone other than the owner and in 12 cases, users were able to view other people's personal information.

Statistically Speaking - QP's and PP's
if the lottery has the built in security measures as i described earlier, it would be impossible to identify patterns, cycles, and variables in ball drawings where they switch out the balls and machines every draw.
lottery balls all weigh the same weight, therefore they are untrackable by design, negating the possibility of patterns to exist.
each ball by design has the same equal chance to draw. the only bias possible, would be what i would like to refer as compromised balls . there, i sa

The P-3 Count-up system
I was joking. I was a security officer once. I was working one night there were 2 guys working all night installing kitchen cabinets trying to finish the dead line. I told them no drinking was allowed on premises. They offered me just one believe me, it was my first my last time I did that while I was on duty. My superior officer came in to check on me. Of all nights I worked, he never checks on me just my luck, he picked that night. I told him that he gave me a warning without incident. He tol

So you won a jackpot! Congrats!
I've posted this before but still say it's time for a Jackpot Winner's Protection Program.
What's different about a lottery millionaire from any other millionaire? Millionaires who want protection can afford to contract with a private security firm and live in gated or protected communities. Such protection should be paid for by those who benefit from it or want it, not lotteries or tax payers.

If you ever win the MM/PB: Are you sure you Want to Start a Bussiness..
The way i see it is: PB/MM has 200 Million combinations, soon it will have: 250 Million to 300 Million combinations, is a MOVING TARGET, the balls are bouncing, colliding with each other probably worse than a Maximum Security Prison (total disregard for women), 100+ Million adds like another 100 Million combination so is now: 300 Million combinations or 400 Million combinations, the moving target thing adds: another 100 Million combinations, so is now: 400 Million combinations, there is: 300 Mil
