Do you believe the lottery is 100% honest in everything it does?
I don't think they have to rig anything after all reputations are one the line not to include they have auditors, films, and security tapes of just about every aspect of the ball drawings. If you worked for the lottery would you put your job on the line for the sake of rigging the games to make money for the state knowing full well that if you were caught you'd spend time in a prison.
RNG is another story all together yes i believe they can manipulate those drawings.

Restrictions on Purchasing Scratcher Tickets-CA
Unless there's some rule requiring them to sell the tickets any time that they're open for business (which seems like a sensible policy for the lottery to have), they would be free to limit sales as they see fit. As for why they might do it I can think of two possibilities. One might be to reduce the number of winners who may want to cash in tickets at a time when the store may prefer to limit how much cash is accessible. The other would be if they don't want people staying around the store duri

Powerball winner's daughter found dead in home
My condolences to the family.
Pay attention to the rocks. The rocks in our lives: God, family, friends and co-workers, health,(physical, mental and spiritual) then, charity (monetary or time) wealth ( whatever you perceive that to be: financial security, etc.,

Feds freeze online poker champ's winnings
Hot off the Government website - its a drop in the bucket what Obama spent on his date night compared to the Wars. Not only the monetary amount, its the human factor we should be up in arms about. Many men and women in these wars lost their lives, many children will grow up resenting the person that started the wars, continued the war, and not stopped it in time to save their Mom or Dad. If I was a sensible person, I would fear those children's resentment more than the money we have lost. There

How do you feel about buying a whole roll of tickets?
The only time I've ever heard of the players coming out ahead during that was a couple of years ago when two players in Indiana had an inside tip about the location of the roll with the jackpot prize. They got in an argument with the security guard who gave them the information about splitting the prizes which exposed them all and they went to jail.
Overall usually 25% of the tickets have a prize and payout 50% of what they cost to buy, so unless you have an inside tip about the roll or you a

Win Your Lottery by Lotto-Logix Is Now Available
Hello,
BobP said following: While computer draws certainly aren't the ideal, if that's all you have to work with, what else is there? In my opinion computer draws are less predictable than ball drop draws.
With ball drop there is a tenuous connection threading the machines and ballsets together as a set.
With computers, each draw is totally independent of all other draws. Unless there is a flaw in the program.
However, with both there remains a consistancy of distribution of

Ga Baby shower SS
soozy, I have your book under Bookmarks and I refer to it often. This week while dealing with no computer I was also dealing with no debit card. Somewhere along the line security was breached and thousands of debit cards were closed and new cards were issued (my new one came Friday). I looked to see if you had debit card listed and you did. At some time in the past 392 for debit card fell in Delaware. 392 has never fallen straight for evening cash 3 in Georgia. 392 is the house number of a woman

Should lottery retailers have money on hand to pay winners with?
Here the problem with your solution TSC,a person should NOT have to make long distance calls to collect money owed on an instant ticket. The entire premise of an instant ticket is you win instantly and you get paid instantly. All of these convenience stores have the money on the premises, they just make drops into the safe when a certain amount of money is in the cash register.I understand that they make these drops for security reasons. What I don't understand is why the manager or the assistant do
