WinD What's The Probability Of This??
This statement doesn't give me a warm, fuzzy feeling for some reason. Every time I see where they talk about their high moral standards and integrity, I get suspicious.
When dealing with numbers, especially with such a limited range (000 through 999) one can expect some of the most unusual groupings to occur. However, all of our Florida Lottery drawings are held to the highest security standards and are audited by an independent external auditor.

OH no TN lottery is looking for me
Here you go: If you have video surveillance of said lottery people, take the recording to a safe deposit box (of course make copies). A simple subpeona for lottery employee, contractors, etc. records to identify who these people are and you have hit the jackpot! There are so many problems (privacy laws that have been broken) with what you say has happened, you can't lose. I don't think you qualify as a threat to national security, was planning to kill thousands of Americans or some evil child

Thank you for playing the Tennessee Lottery and for your comments.
The security and integrity of our games is of utmost importance and this greatly impacted our decision to go to these type drawings. The Tennessee Lottery goes to extreme measures to protect the integrity of its games in order to maximize dollars for education in the

Info On RNG'S
This case does not prove anything about fraud. Mistakes can happen. Fraud is more difficult. And you have to be careful not to believe everything you read in the newspaper. Any competent lab running tests would certainly have found the no repeat problem.
But you are right, complacency is always a problem and must be accounted for in any security plan.

what kind of gun would you buy if you won the lottery?
So you just became a big time lottery winner, and you became a first-time gun owner to protect yourself instead of hiring a Trained & Experienced Security Team!

$93 million lottery winner has yet to claim her prize
This is just horrible! Neither the store nor the lottery has any business looking at the security tape. Leave the woman alone and let her get her affairs in order!

The third biggest lie.......
Since security and the integrity of our games is our foremost concern we have decided to swith to an RNG. The new drawings will be both fun and exciting. They will also be safe and secure. We're doing this to keep up with industry trends and to continue to fund education in our state.

tennessee RNG is hell.grrrrrrrr
For those who selected two or more of the same numbers in a play for Cash 3 or Cash 4 during the past 23 days (July 28 through Aug. 20) and who still have their tickets, the Lottery is offering a double refund for the price of each ticket or two free plays equal to the play amount on the ticket.
Since Ms Hargrove is just offering refunds to those playing double, triples, or quads, it's obvious what the programming issue was. But she addmitted the drawings were flawed, shouldn't ALL the tic
