4th clerk arrested in Florida Lottery sting
What the heck are you going on about Stack? My mention of the impressive mugshot is an opinion, mine and mine only. Chew on this: When LP reported on the $2 million Hoosier lottery scam it involved a female named Ashlee Parsley who just so happens to be White. I made a comment on her as well, saying that she is going to look great in an orange jumpsuit. I did not see you respond to my post back then, and l wonder why? You don't like my opinions, don't respond to them, just turn away. You have

Interesting mail...
Speaking of scams, do you really believe Richard Lustig is asking $20 for numbers ? Not saying Lustig's methods are better or worse than most, but his lottery winnings come from Fantasy Five and scratch-offs. Just a guess, if it's true someone is really sending emails to gullible seniors asking for $20 for numbers, it's not the real Richard Lustig. Scroll down to the Scam alerts below the Lustig article in the link I gave.

California Lottery delaying payouts to winners
This is kinda funny. Most everyone here jumps on the Lottery is fixed/crooked/scam, etc bandwagon because there is a delay in payments from what CA lottery is claiming more winning tickets to pay. Even comparing it to Illinois's mess. The thing that I'm wondering is if anyone is so suspicious, or untrusting, and maybe not just California, why in the world are you playing in the first place?

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
@EMTAdam - I have a huge problem with her statement. If jackpots are still showing on the website as remaining prizes and they are still selling the tickets till the end date, then my opinion is that the game should still actually have those jackpots and if they already scanned the returned books and the system tells them a jackpot ticket was destroyed the lottery should have a legal and moral obligation to update the website accordingly and not mislead the public. This is so wrong on so many le

Florida store employee arrested for 'micro-scratching' lottery tickets
Is it really difficult to have a a system that can not be beaten by cheaters? First the Powerball Hot Lotto scam and now this. I never scratch my tickets in a store.

British Columbia Lottery taking bets on US election
The religious discourse aside, just who has been siding with Russia's hacking ? I've been making some jokes, because it's not nearly as serious as you're trying to make it*, nor was it a case of hacking . Podesta fell for a phishing scam, and the distinction is lost on the low information crowd such as yourself. You know the ones, the ignorant ones, AKA Democrats/Progressives/Leftists...the ones who want to want to place the blame anywhere but where it deserves to be - on their own shoulders. If

Dr.Miracle's Patterns 6,4,0,1
Now you can start thinking about the elimination scam. If 0123 have to deliver doubles and triples then you only have 216 + 432 combinations that do not score more than one. That leaves you 352 combinations straight.

N.C. Lottery chief refutes state study
I believe if someone owes a debt, he/she should be bound to pay if it's a true debt owed. Take for instance small claims debts. Here in New York many small claims filed go uncollected like past rent due. I have been through this, will I get it, I doubt it. But yet there are people who win big chunks of money and forget they burned the landlord. So I think this law may have some substance. People who cheat and scam need and should be prosecuted. Many of us try to lead, live a legit life!

How would you claim a lottery jackpot if you won?
That's a reasonable compromise and one every state should adopt. It would satisfy the need for transparency and give the winners time to institute some security measures . As far as security concerns, history shows a winner has more to fear from their family and friends than they do strangers and more chance of being robbed from men in suits and ties than those in ski masks and brandishing a pistol. That said, a winner has more to lose from their own bad decisions than robbers, shady investment

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
I've been purchasing one 10M Fortune daily and one Gold Rush Doubler daily for a few weeks. 10M Fortune the most I have won back is $30, most losers Gold Rush Doubler I either hit 10x $2 or losers Both scratchers suck beyond imagination, but I keep trying hoping for a win seeing the advertised odds are good. I'm thinking the advertised odds are a scam at this point though.
