Would you be inclined to give a Panhandler a few $$ should you hit it Big?
Guess I see things in a different light. For the most part I don't think it's my place to judge them (except for the ones who are obviously conmen. Remember that basketball player's wife who sat on cardboard at a street corner and proclaimed loudly that her husband was divorcing her and leaving her with nothing and was going to be homeless? Meanwhile she was wearing a Neiman Marcus track suit, had a thousand dollar weave in and at the end of the day drove away in a Mercedes). I'm not feeling sor

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
I hear ya! All the jackpot winners either come from Orange County , LA or Northern California! Here in San Diego it hardly rains. I am not a casual scratcher player just the state bag games. (Fantasy Five and Super lotto) Super lotto at 45mil. Another commission scam to keep the players happy.

FLORIDA - what ticket (s) would you buy with $2K aiming to win a $5K prize and up ?
Skeptic, The $25 Florida Cash was amazing for me in April with a $1,000 win, 2 x $500 wins, a $400 win and numerous $100 wins. But the month of May the Florida cash buried me with massive losers. The $10 and $20 Gold Rush has been a scam as far as I am concerned. Massive losers since they released them, at least here in Orlando. The $20 Monopoly Millionaire has been consistently okay for me with most times I get a $30 or $40 back. Nothing huge, but not a lot of losing tickets for me. My

1 000 000$ a Year For Life Scratcher 1 big win left after 6 years
No, I wouldn't drop $30 on a 6 year old contest after my recent experience with the Florida Lottery. They are advertising a new scratch off that launched on 2/24/15 that was launched advertising 4-10 million dollar winning tickets and 46-1million dollar tickets. However, after the initial launch and lots of publicity, they have now altered the website of remaining prizes to show 2 out of 3 (not the original 4) 10 million dollar prizes and 30 out of 25 remaining prizes (not the original 46) as re

You scan your PB/MM ticket and it reads " See the Clerk"..
here it generally means the scanner cant tell you,. it may or may not be winner. its a pain because i play keno and they use the same scanner. although we have player cards i sometimes am to lazy to use them but recently. i was informed that i have $3 won on the card from some where. i know its spot 1 keno as thats the only thing that pays $3. so ill be using it more often obviously i cant be trusted. min wages here doesnt seem as bad as usa so people dont seem to scam as much

States that win too often should be punished.
You assume much. I never said I think I will win PB or MM, like most players I hope to win or just maybe I'll win. As far as the 'scam', all lotteries are called Lottery or Lotto , not 'Gift Shop' as you want them to be. The more you post the more your ignorance about these things shine right through. How about calling the Wisconsin lottery and asking them if it is a business and sharing with us what they tell you.

It's time the lottery needs to stop releasing a person name and picture when a big win is won!
Virtually no chance? I'll bet you a million bucks there are many many scammers out there perusing lottery websites looking for victims every day. That's exactly why I don't want publicity when I win. If it was publicized, I'd always be afraid that person trying to befriend me or date me has ulterior motives. Call it paranoid, but it does happen. And those of us who grew up without money might take some time to figure out who is who, and how to handle those who try to scam or wheedle or extor

ac3 super systems
Greetings, This program is worthless and is a scam. If you do happen to win it is coincidence and that is all. You can get more viable information on this website for free. The guy fails to respond to emails and has yet to send the replacement numbers for his number not coming up in 10 days. People like this prey on people's hopes. I spent 20.00 to try it and I will save you all 20.00 at the low low cost of free. I have spoken to people who have bought the system and says its a joke. Sav

NC Powerball winner identifies herself
Tithing is the biggest scam in the world, and her church will milk her dry. Now that she has money, that church will make her feel guilty if she doesn't give at least 50 percent to them. The other 50 percent will be pissed away by these financial advisors who love to take advantage of financially ignorant people. She'll be back at Mickey D's within two years, and I will bet any amount of money on that.

Annoyed while waiting in the lottery line - Venting
Use a self-service terminal, if that option is available. NJ Lottery allows Powerball to be purchased for up to 8 draws (4 weeks) in advance. Playing ahead eliminates extra trips; helps justify making a further journey to a more competent lottery retailer to avoid such problems. Many independent convenient stores are sketchy. One has to really watch everything. I don't even trust checking my tickets at some of them unless I know for sure they're able to cash it on the spot. While it's extreme
