Washington has no sales tax and you can claim through trust or llc. They'll release the trust or llc details if requested but you'd just form the llc in Delaware to keep anonymity. Same situation with Florida.

It's going to go to a minimum of $2 Billion. They need to build up the Jackpot frenzy in order to increase MM sales. Then they will do again for the holidays.

Idaho started a promotion for the entire month of September. Buy at least $15 of Powerball on one ticket and get a free Megamillions. Can I assume that's because MM sales are lagging and they're trying to get players into the habit of checking tickets on Tuesday and Friday?

I don't think the jackpot estimate will increase before the drawing. I expect the Labor Day holiday to slow down sales as many people travel. If it rolls tonight then expect a buying frenzy to continue Wednesday.

But lottery sales would plummet. The whole fun of the lottery is seeing what someone does with the money. No one would believe that it is legit if you couldn't expose the winners. They would think it is like the Publishers Clearing House scam.

If it rolls from Saturday, our best estimate puts the PB Jackpot Annuity at $1.03 Billion . I'll be very surprised if it's not bigger than that if it rolls on Saturday. The increase from last Saturday to Monday was $60.9 million, so it would be very unusual if this Saturday to next Monday wasn't bigger. If the Mega Millions jackpot is not won tonight, the jackpot will increase by $18 million to $216 million. This will be the largest jackpot increase since the start of this jackpot run. With sales of around $26 million, there is about a 98% chance the jackpot will roll again. Meanwhile, the Powerball jackpot's most recent increase was $34 million.
