I usually don't take the victim's side in these scam cases because it almost always boils down to their own greed and stupidity, but I side with the victim here. He got (or thought he got) independent experts all saying the same thing. If two or three unrelated advisors guide you to a certain course of action, I can't really blame him. I think this is similar to the case mentioned the other day of retailers keeping cashed tickets. Some states' require that the lottery retailer deface a ticket upon redemption, again, as an anti-fraud measure. In my experience though, most of the time the clerk doesn't do this....they'll just staple a validation receipt to the ticket and throw it in a drawer. It takes time to backtest and I've been really busy, tired, with a mild sinus cold. Secondly, I have no intention in running a scam. Let me give you a hint, it's very close to one of my systems, but the twist the system seller has made to it, allowed me to see something I never saw before, even though it was staring me in the face.
