Most state lottery raffle games sold out
i said the same thing about south carolina's raffle. SC is selling 1millions tickets.....WHY? If they'd followed in Ga's footsteps and sold them for $20 a tkt and sold half as many i think it would have sold better than it has thus far.....

Millionaire Raffles- are you in ?
Wow, one of my tickets was only 1,500 off for the million, and 88 off for the $1,000. Very close, but once again 0 return with the raffle. It is fixed!

Most state lottery raffle games sold out
Personally I think Maryland is selling too many tickets for their raffle. They are a small state and probably would've been better off selling a maximum of 300K.

Weekly Raffle
rdc137...the raffle idea you suggested sounds good. One issue that needs to be considered is how much play would this game take away from existing games? If the existing games have a better return to the state, why would the state promote a game that generated less reveune for the lottery?

S.C. Millionaire Raffle Tickets & Close Calls
I know of no jurisdiction that hasn't sold all their raffle tickets before the deadline. It seems to be a popular event. THe usual payout percentage is 50%.

Millionaire Raffles- are you in ?
Sheepdogg,
OMG! I bet you'll win at least $10,000. Good luck to all!!
No, I don't have any tickets. As written on previous posts I got cold feet and, at the last minute, tried to buy a couple, but they were sold out. I wonder if I can sue Hyundai because I didn't win the Raffle? You see, if my car engine hadn't died on me at 54,000 miles and I didn't have to buy another car immediately without a trade, I would have had lots of money to buy Raffle tickets!
Still,

Spain goes bullistic as big, fat lottery faces bald truth
Does anyone know how this works? The article says people spend the equivalent of $100 US, is that in a number of tickets or just one? Also, how does one shop have most of the winners, is it just by luck of the draw or is it set uo that way? As there are only 85,000 tickets sold, is this a raffle type drawing? How much of the proceeds go to fund the winning tickets?

Georgia Lottery's Millionaire Raffle tickets going fast
Would expect many raffle tickets to be last minute stocking stuffers, also bought with money received as Christmas gifts so a rush on them the last week. Good luck to all holding those tickets or contemplating buying them!!!
