Postal worker helps bust lottery scam
Foreign lottery schemes may be fleecing Americans out of as much as a billion dollars every year. The problem is so vast, congress is hearing testimony on the matter.
Often suspects are overseas, and that's a challenge for law enforcement. But here's a case where a perceptive postal employee helped bring a suspect to justice right here in the United States.
Something is not right here. Why are you getting all these Express Mail packages from all over the US?

Lottery Code has already been broken
Jammy just can't come to grips that this is a lottery forum where people like to discuss the lottery and ways to play the lottery. If you read his posts, he claims that people have a vested interest in promoting ideas and strategies. In other words, he thinks anyone discussing ideas and strategies is trying to scam others.
He thinks he being attacked because there are a few here who do recognize that he has nothing to contribute to any discussion.
Oh well.

Florida's Billion Dollar Blockbuster
Actually, the odds for Billion Dollar Blockbuster weren't good at all. Sure, the odds at a million were the best chance at hitting money like that, but the odds at the lower-tiered prize levels were awful. That's what is so deceptive and despicable about this whole situation--the only benefit for BDB was that you had a better chance at hitting a million dollars. Otherwise, odds at breaking even, winning twenty-five, thirty, and fifty dollars were the worst odds for any $20 game. The odds at hitt

BestPick Lotto Software
Hotdog Yes here at the gas station (Quick trip) they have a buffalo chicken with chili and cheese for $1.40 and a 32 oz Dr Pepper all for $2.25. it's a mighty good deal and you can pile onions on it too for free. Tastes great. They have several different hot dogs and one is always on sale at 99 cents. Life is good.
I sent this bestpick person several e-mails about his software there is no response. Plus the pick 3 seems like it can't be possible. So my sum total is that it is a scam.

is anyone making an income from lottery
We both know I wasn't implying the NH lottery was involved in a scam, and I'm sure Stack47 knows that too. State lotteries sell tickets, they don't collect fees to monitor discussion groups.
OnlyMoney's query, Why is it people feel compelled to believe someone out there hasn't figured it all out? is answered quite well in the book cited in my Signature below. It should be in his local library.
It's a sad commentary on the human condition that there are smart people out there willing

is anyone making an income from lottery
When did anyone suggest that they are in cahoots with the State of NH's lottery?
It's a really simple scam. He can just omit all of his losing tickets, and then show the winners. Based on that, enough people will fall for the trick to just start paying him for picks.
He's making money off of desperate lottery players, he's not making money off of the lottery.

is anyone making an income from lottery
Steve Player, Keith Price, Peter St.Pierre, and those collecting fees to read about them, are the only ones making a consistent and reliable income from these picks.

Recent discussion in this thread must be resulting in some awful head injuries.

Why arent people ashamed when asking complete strangers for money??
If I won enough to make really substantial donations perhaps I'd charge a fee for having grant applications evaluated. Let people know I'm planning on donating some of the money, and make sure they know that any request without a US postal money order for $250, a copy of their credit report, and a notarized authorization allowing me to order my own copy of their credit report goes straight into the trash. If they can't convince somebody local that their cause is legit and to pony up the modest f
