I spoke with Iowa Lottery security this morning to verify Todd's vicious lies, and was told that PowerBall has always been conducted in Iowa, except during their remote drawing tours, when they travel to different states to promote the game. I explained the situation I've put myself in, and even stressed my embarrassment over it, but they politely refused to move the game to Virginia to vindicate me. Go figure.
