Yeah actually if they would have made it larger, thus the odds lower to win, I may have not played. I was definitely enticed by the 1 in 125,000 odds. 1 in 500,000 whatever, either way I would be happy with a cool million. ($700,000 after all taxes?) I will stick to powerball for higher jackpots, and low odds. I would rather a few more games with lower prizes ($1 million minimum) and better odds to win it. Seems to me, it would reduce your odds only infintesimally. The odds are based upon each combination. And each combination has the same 1 in 146 million chance to win. I know the arithmetic makes it look like y ou have dropped your odds to 1 in 4.6 million, but numbers can lie. IOW, a hundred combinations, and each has a 1 in 146 milllion chance.
