If the same person showed up at the lottery office to claim a jackpot more than once, lottery security would be out in force. I don't think anyone has won more than once in any given lotto. I read where a man won two jackpots using the same numbers in two different state lotteries. But, when you come right down to it, there will never be a number generator that will win consistently. In Texas, the lottery uses 3 different machines, 4 ball sets and runs minimum of 4 pretests prior to actual draw

mega millions winner
Hi and Happy New Year to everyone. The news reports on the winning ticket from Tuesday night's Mega-Million game says that the person will take the cash option which according to CNN is about 91 million before taxes (surprised it was that much...I thought it was closer to half the annuity when you took the cash) and then about 67 million after taxes. Is that accurate? If the winner takes the cash, at 91 million and the has to pay taxes, wouldn't federal income, social security taxes (both sides...

saddam husseins booking numbers
is that the same international justice that let millions die in Rhawanda and Serbia. Yeah thats what we need more deaths on the hands of the U.N. No thanks. No one knew what saddam was hiding because of his contant and deliberate ignoring of u.n. mandates that france, germany, russia and china let keep sliding. when bush called them on enforcing the un mandates it proved what a half-assed body the u.n. really is. The point isnt whether iraq had wmd but that they couldnt and wouldnt show the wo

I did email them and they did answer my question. Not what I wanted to see though. That's why I called them. I actually went to a local State Represenative to see if he could get an answer. The next day I received a call from the PA Lottery Security Office and they were very interested in why I wanted the Drawn sequence of Cash5 past draws. It was a very interesting converstation.I told them I would come to Lottery Headquarters and save taxpayers money and look up the past draws myself. I'm

luckycat,Glad you got rid of the popups.Just to answer your question: there is nothing here on Lottery Post that caused your problem. This is probably one of the most harmless sites you'll visit, because there is no spyware of any kind, and very few ads.I do not know why you only seemed to notice a problem here. Perhaps it is because the spyware on your PC was designed to be triggered by certain words related to gambling (like lottery ).Most spyware is distributed through e-mail. Most people

The first thing you should do before adding any new software is to download any updates for your operating system and browser. Tools > Windows Update from your browser. This takes you to Microsoft Updates. Sometimes the updates will resolve the security holes and your problems will cease. I have had some of the software that has been recomended, and it doesn't stop everything. It is a good idea to have some kind of firewall setup like Todd recomended. But without updating your OS you lessen

BTW, nothing to do with the forum, but I highly recommend Norton Internet Security 2004. I formerly used a combination of Zone Alarm + AdSubtract, but then switched to Norton. It is a terrific integrated package, which is simple to maintain, and VERY easy to use. The firewall uses the same principle as Zone Alarm - you start with a very rigid firewall, and then gradually permit applications to use the Internet as they request access. The Norton popup killer is far less intrusive than AdSubtract,
