There Are A Few Good Ones In NY
Best odds in any NY scratch game is I think 1:9. Which is extremely bad, that is for the lowest possible prize. The $10 games, have odds such as 1:20 for lowest possible prize. You can check out the odds for all games on nylottery.org. I never play scratchers. Sometimes you have a better chance of winning the Mega Millions instead of a $50,000 prize in a scratch game.

Is PB inferior to MM?
It doesn't look like the game odds were taken into account. Seems to me that Powerball has better odds. Also, a comparison of lower-tier prizes is important (as well as odds of winning those prizes).

How high will Powerball get this run?
On August 25th, 2001 Powerball reached $295 million when the odds of winning the jackpot were only 1 in 80 million. It sold about $117,448,757 worth of tickets on August 22nd, 2001 the drawing before August 25th and still had no winners. On April 16th, 2002 The Big Game reached $331 million when the odds of winning the jackpot were only 1 in 76 million. On April 12th, the previous drawing, The Big Game had sold tickets worth $120,257,595 and still had no winners. The odds of winning the jackpot

Smash the MM odds...it is easy!
If you buy the 46 mega balls on 46 tickets you cut your odds down to the odds of matching the first 5 numbers (white balls). Say the mega ball came up as 7. You have the seven and what you need to win is the first five white balls. The odds of hitting that are just shy of 4 million. You gauarantee yourself a return (at least $2) So really all you have to do is spend $44 to lower your odds of hitting the jackpot to less then most states jackpot games. I have started using this strategy whe

New Game From Me
Jimmy, I like the concept of the game because one could afford to play larger wheels which is the idea behind your concept as you stated in your first post.As far as the payouts go, I didn't analyze that aspect closely enough to make a comment. I don't play games with odds that high...the only jackpot game I play is the IL Little Lotto, a 5/39 game with odds just over half a million to one. $100,000 guaranteed jackpot with rollovers...and I only spend a buck a day on that one.As far as our od
