heheh thats right, the tax free claim of all the foreign lottos is only for their nationals., Uncle scam still wants his cut form any and every american who wins those foreign jackpots. im not to clear on what tax liability you would owe to the foreign gov, prob non cuz they take their taxes out at purchase time off all the losers. but there maybe a take money out of our country exit levy on 100's of millions.

I can't speak for the software as I haven't tried it. No demo and it costs 169.00 just to try? No thanks. I did however go through the website a few weeks ago and I have to say it reeks of the biggest scam possible. Almost every word and every image reads like the bull snip spam I get on a daily basis. This post has been automatically changed by the Lottery Post computer system to remove inappropriate content and/or spam.

You would think state lotteries could eliminate this problem by requiring stores to return losing tickets to their customers after they are scanned. The winner probably thought buying her ticket and having it scanned at different locations eliminated the chances of someone stealing her ticket if it was a winner. Whenever they put 2 slots, its a scam for the buyer to buy one from each slot therefore doubling the lotto profits. As far as the tickets that were there before, I don't know. If they didn't put them up for sale at the main counter then something is fishy. PS. I'd say you have a good shot at winning 200 Million Spectacular, most of the winners have been from Cenral Florida only and no where else in the state.

Thanks Alan. The sad thing is that state lotto's resort to using hidden data when they already have the upper edge with very low pay outs..simply put with all the data a more accurate assessment can be made as you yourself have just realized with your most recent analysis......multiple pre-draws are a scam. If I can fine tune the other QED that goes along with the UCD it would be a great help,where only 3 pairs can be played...the good thing is that the UCD's hover at the 85%+ mark ....
