Thanks for the advice. I don't know if it's a matter of being cheap or smart. Afterall, it was a free service. I guess I figured, why not check to see if there is another website that offers the same service for free before I decide to pay. It's no different than someone coming to this board to seek a pick 3 system, and or advice, that someone else paid for. Is that person considered cheap? If so, then I guess the majority (MYSELF INCLUDED) on this board are cheap.Either way, I truly thank

Maybe he's a graduate of J.S.U. (Jamaican Scam University) and he's moved on to this. There's plenty of people looking for a winning pick 3 system, and it's a little more under the radar than the jackpot scams they use to rip off the elderly.
