I cut and paste the advice printed on the Illinois Lottery website below the dotted lines. I have highlighted the words of advice they give to anyone winning over $1 million. In my opinion, that is absolutely terrible advice! Personally, when I win, I will not even tell my mom because that would be the same as calling your entire address book, as was portrayed in the movie Lottery Ticket.
