Playing NJ Lottery online
Whatever you do, DON'T get suckered into spending your money at t h e l o t t e r.com . They do NOT buy real lottery tickets, even though their web site leads you to believe they are.
That site is currently expanding their scam to other names, such as mylotto.com, and they are sending millions of spam e-mails that claim to offer lottery tickets from around the world .
Make no mistake: if you spend your money there, you are not buying lottery tickets.

Online got me into this mess, Can it get me out?
No school project, I didnt mean to come across whinning, I wasnt asking for any thing but advice. I have sold lottery in three states, and who better toask but other players, or players that maybe have had the same problem. We are in a rural area, and there seems like nobody else to discuss the problem with. You dont want to talk about a problem like this with your customers that play lottery, they will think she sits there and grabs all the winners. I have no family, nor would I want to tal

MegaMillions advertised annuity
Considering the likelyhood of future tax increases it's far smarter to take lump sum now and put the money into different trusts. Another big advantage (assuming your state allows trusts to claim the prize) is protection against lawsuits.
Even if you can't handle money yourself a trust that is set up for you would generate money for the rest of your life. I personally find the whole annuity jackpot a scam. Prizes outside the US are given as cash and the advertized jackpot is what you get a ch

When does a lottery game become a legal scam?
Assuming the drawings are twice a week, it sounds to me like Texas has a game that brings in about $150 million in annual revenue, and right now they're offering somebody the chance to net nearly $28 million after taxes for only a buck. Texans apparently don't spend $3 million on MM tickets until the advertised jackpot gets to $125 million or more,so I don't see why they shouldn't be perfectly happy with the game they've got.
The lottery sells tickets in exchange for money, and anyone wh

are you happy with YOUR state lottery?
Yes, Pac. I recently wrote to the FL lottery and the reply was polite, but brief. She wrote nothing in response to if or where they publish the pre-tests or if they are available for public viewing. She did, however, say she was sorry I felt that some procedures interfered with the natural randomness of the game.
However, I don't think the lottery is a scam, just regulated by the State and the State is run by politicians and politicians are run by..... et cetera, et cetera.
In general

I won 2,000,000.00 Euros
Another thing that should be common sense is, do you notice that all these alleged lotteries are foreign? Why? Because you will not question them as much if you are gullible. The scam artists know that you will assume they will not be searchable on the internet because they are foreign. If they used a USA location it would be a lot easier to debunk them.
The people sending you these emails are poor as hell, and live in a secluded village and send the emails from an internet cafe. That is why

I won 2,000,000.00 Euros
I just watched dateline, and this thread was about the first thing I thought of. I only caught the end, but some poor schmuck was in a chat room and got suckered into thinking he'd met some beautiful woman who actually fell in love with him. He spent 30 to 40 grand of his own money to collect and reship merchandise that was bought with stolen credit cards by the people scamming him.
There are thousands of scams out there, and there's no telling what somebody has in mind for Pac, but whateve

I won 2,000,000.00 Euros
Ironically I just got another one today. What is even more frightening is that my friend actually believed this scam about a year ago, and he was actually getting plane tickets to fly to Africa to pick up his $10 million. All he had to do was send them a $2,000 processing fee first. He was gullible enough that he almost did it, until I asked him why on earth would you have to pay $2,000 to get $10 million when it could be easily paid, or deducted out of the winnings.
Even more scary after I

Last week was the Nigerian scam article on Dateline. (I don't know, can you view last weeks online?)
This week, tonite, is about ID theft.
Dateline 8pm. NBC.
ps - Did I read you are going to use a friend's phone? Huh? You wouldn't be my friend for long after that! LOL
