Lived in Wa all my life.. It's Oregon that I visit 6 times a year to see friends and play Megabucks... Once or twice a year they also do a raffle, and I try to play that too...

CA has many things that are deterrents. The pari-mutuel policy is a joke. I also don't like that 2nd tier prize for SLP averages $35-40K, is often split and doesn't carry over like it does on the other JP games. If they had a better 2nd chance system, they wouldn't have to bother with cheesy promos, like the current SLP raffle.

Agreed, some times I think Tormentor is part leperchaun or something. It's unreal how many $500's he finds or even things like the $100's on the bens tickets. Another millionaire raffle come and gone, and 4 more losing tickets to add to the pile. I have to be heading for 30+ of those $20 millionaire raffle tickets and I have never, ever won even a $100 prize on that drawing. I did manage to hit $311 on a 50/50 that I bought $5 worth of at a picnic I went too on saturday. I

Michigan has been in LFL for Two years and there have been only Two top prizes won in all states during that time. 1 prize awarded per year is hardly exciting. They might as well convert it into a raffle

WTG ... all winners today on the repeat 098 midday and the 549 tonite in PA... There they go again with our series... they flipped the 6 in the 546 to a 9... for 549...I know some of you were playing that 456 series.. I hope we have alot of winners tonite from that Raffle drawing...
