Bill would let Wisconsin Lottery retailers accept debit payment in addition to cash
Hmm- so purchasing lottery tickets etc with a debit card is a bad idea, according to whom? Why is it that there is always some outfit out there telling citizens how to spend their money?
What if, for security reasons, folks prefer debit or credit cards? Here's a puzzle:
Try getting your wallet stolen with both cards cash see if your cash is reimbursed?

The local TV star who rigged the lottery
Shortly after 7pm on April 24th, 1980, millions of Pennsylvanians watched intently as a third and final ping-pong ball shot up the tube of a machine on live television.
And there you have it, exclaimed the station's beloved announcer, Nick Perry. Today's Pennsylvania lottery daily number: 6-6-6!
As the cheesy music faded and the lights dimmed, Perry implored lucky ticket holders at home to claim their prizes: If you've got it, come and get it!
What the public didn't know was that Per

What's the Purpose of the Printed Time of Purchase on Tickets, If Drawing is 15 min to 1 hr Later?
Garyo1954...
As I was trying to make my point earlier... I don't think the time printed on the tickets are for security measures.. as one other member suggested... for in the case about the disputed MM ticket in Ohio.. knowing the accurate info about where the ticket was bought, time, didn't help the 1st Woman who had the ticket... So, from that fact , one would have to presume it's on the the ticket for other reasons than that...
Thus my statement that , I believe it's on there to weed us

It really makes you wonder about how they really do the drawings. Anyone that studies the games has a pretty good idea about what should or should not happen statistically. When you factor in the pretests and realize how much they can skew the statistics, you have to figure the reason they give as testing the machines to make sure it is all random is bs. In order to be truly random, they should have one official draw and that's it.
If a # comes up to many times in one position they think some

I have a good idea on how to protect Lottery Winners! :D
I have never liked the fact that 43 States make Lottery Winners come forward in Public in order to claim their winnings. At least three Lottery Winners were murdered for their winnings after coming forward in Public, most likely a Public Press Conference with their wins. You would think that the murders of at least three Lottery Winners would get Lottery Officials to change the rule to complete anonymity in all 50 States, but no. I have a novel and radical idea. Have Lottery Employees pose as th

Court rejects Colorado man's claim to full $4.8M lottery jackpot he unwittingly split with scammers
l read about that situation here on LP BD, only after those CA lottery security guys were let go. Those guys had said that against their better judgment, the CA lottery paid a substantial amount to a player who did not produce a ticket. l have no idea how much that payout was for did not research the thing. What l do know is that they refused to pay a guy who could not produce the winning ticket, although they agreed that it was him purchasing the ticket after reviewing surveillance footage. Dou
