Pick 3 is Rigged in Ohio
Enterceptorr Yea I know what I'm talking about but I'm sure you don't you come on here and say the lottery is rigged. Prove it. I don't care if 911 comes out every year on 911 or any other day. I don't care how much was paid out or will be paid out in the future. Troth posted 10 dates that numbers hit on the same day. Big deal it happens all the time. the fact that 911 hit in new York on 911 had nothing to do with the lottery or the 911 incident they didn't pull (rig, alter the game, fix the pay

For some lottery winners jackpot is a 'nightmare'
The reason they give for not giving anonymity is the public would suspect an inside job or scam in winning, which is reasonable especially in a state where gangster Whitey Bulger won the lottery. But I don't see why they have to announce the name the second the person claims the prize, except for their own selfish publicity purposes. Why not give 2 years before making the name public, and then only giving the name and location where the ticket was bought, with no current address or other infor

Wisconsin Lottery switches to computers to select winning numbers
Quote: Originally posted by chuck32 on November 11, 2004Pooh! I know that there are some who suggest that RNGS are not as secure, but RNG's are actually much more secure. Mechanical drawing machines have certainly been compromised and it takes a lot less skill to get that done. Our group builds RNG's for lotteries - though we do it at cost and so promoting it to make a profit is truly not an issue here. Our machines are TRUE RNG's, using unpredictable quantum decay to create the seed. The mac

Why do you play the lottery?
I'm on disability and been thru life's downtimes. I play cos I feel millions of dollars is the only way I can be happiest .. maybe not exactly happy, but happiest .I sorta think it's all a semi-scam also. If the monies fund the school systems, then a few years ago, why was there a school/schools holding class in bathrooms, cos the classroom walls were deteriorating with harmful materials? That's only just one example I heard in the news. Anyway, I think there really are real winners.. normal p

5 dimes funding
Howdy All,When I first started with I used my credit card to fund it. Right after my first funding the credit card funding part of their business went down. It was down for a month. They told me to use a different funding method and I told them they were not getting any more info on me than they already had. No more account information (I was just trying to protect myself if it was a scam). I e-mailed them once a week to see if they were getting anywhere with their problem and they kept telling

Another Lottery Fraud Report...
STATES ATTORNEY REPORT LOTTERY FRAUD Bond County State's Attorney Special Investigator Jim Stever has announced that two county residents recently received mail from Spain, advising them of a final award notification. It was stated that the lump sum payout for each individual was $615,810. This share was from the total award of $16,621340 shared among 31 international winners in different categories. The fund had supposedly been deposited with a security company and was insured in the winner's

Online Gaming
Yeah, the same article appeared in USA Today last week. The author obviously has no experience with PlayLot -- especially lumping them in with a risky site like buypowerballonline.com -- but at least she set the record straight on that scam site Lottery Universe.Lottery officials, like the one quoted in the article, have a duty to say don't do it , because that's the politically correct thing to say. The fact remains however, that PlayLot has been around for so long because they are an exce

Need some constructive help
The only trouble with selling lottery items like software and systems is they're either already over promoted on google and very often skating the edge of scam or books that have been on amazon for years, where you can sell a thousand dollars worth and not see a check because they pay so little per sale. What you would have to do would be to negotiate private deals with some of the more professional authors, perhaps whose software you use yourself and wouldn't mind doing a little personal tech su
