Yes, that is the age old question. To do the media availability and celebrity photo or not? Some States only require the release of your full name. Plus the paperwork with your ID, Social Security card, ticket and claim form. We do not see very many self-made millionaires flashing their cash in public. They live private lives. Safe and secure.

dbell41, The Lottery Security Department may have some answers for you. They may want to keep the times and videos secret for their mysterious reasons. It could be one point or question they want to ask the claimant, What time did you purchase this winning ticket? They might even ask more difficult questions if they smell a rat.
