This is the best Pick 3 system of all time?? I'm confused. It would appear to cover your suggestions you would need to play so many combinations that you would net a loss even if you won. When you are suggesting potentially 7 of the 10 digits, then of course most of the time 2 of the draws will come from within those 7 and 1 will come from outside of it. I don't think this is a system at all...
