Has Anyone Tried Gail Howard's Software?
Anyone who is selling software with that claim is scamming you.If it worked so well, they wouldn't sell it; they would simply keep winning lotteries and keeping the money. That's what I would do, and if you think about it, so would you.The lottery is random. There are ways that you can reduce your odds per ticket (for instance, if you spend $10 playing exactly the same ticket) but yo cannot increase your odds by more than the lotteries odds divided by the number of tickets played.I'm sorry, bu

Question
The difference in odds is because of the unique number of combination available in each game. The Mega Millions game is a 5 choose 52 and 1 chose 52 game giving 135 million combinations. The Powerball game is a 5 choose 53 and 1 choose 42 game giving 120 million combinations. The odds of matching all 6 numbers is not based upon the number of poeple that play the game or the number of tickets sold. The odds, though, of holding the only ticket that matched all 6 numbers is based on the number of tick

Lottery Odds Reduction
Does anyone have any ideas on how to further reduce the odds in a 6 number Lotto? For the Florida 6/53 Lotto game, the chance is 1 in 22,957,480 ... using past datas I've been able to reduce it to 1 in 2,989,937 for one combination played. If I were to play 10,000 combinations, the chance to hit the jackpot would be 1 in 298.99 ... I'm using all 53 possible numbers. However, I think that 1 in 298.99 chance of winning is still 99.996655% of losing... Anyone have ideas to further reduce the odds?

Best scratch game?
Quote: Originally posted by keystonechas on March 03, 2004 In the state of Pennsylvania the odds is listed on the back of each ticket and posted on the state lottery site. One neat feature on the web site, is they post how many winners are left! It's not real time but updated about once every week, and I guess its better than nothing. The big unknown, is how many total tickets are left. I do feel it does give you a slight edge. As a example, which would you rather play? The one dollar game Roost
