Good luck.
Out of curiosity, how many raffle tickets are they selling?

Raffles (Not Lottery Sponsored)
Well, I did it. I splurged $100 on a ticket for the local St. Jude's Dream Home raffle. I hadn't done that in several years but decided to go ahead and try it again. This year's home is only worth about $340K -- previous ones were worth about $100K more.
Anyone else enter the St. Jude's raffles, or any other big ones?

NY Sweet Millions
Hi Jacal...nice to see you back here.
Lucky for Life is played in 6 New England states, Conn, Mass, RI, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine. It's two bucks per line and has 41 million to one odds to win the top prize of $7,000 a week for life.
I used to play it quite a bit a few years ago when I was driving over to Connecticut to see my daughters that went to college over there. One of them graduated in 2012, and the other will graduate a year from now, so we dont get over there as much as we

Is this legal?
It's just bad timing because lots of people were talking about the Texas scam when you started this topic and it looks like some of them believe you created a scam too.
Your idea is certainly different than one person buying a roll of tickets and if you get enough people interested, probably something you could do a couple of times a year. It's similar to state lotteries with very successful raffle games, but still limit the number of raffles to only a couple of times a year.

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
Thanks for the heads up. I still cannot find any myself.
I predict DM will have about 2 million entries for replay if it ends with half the top prizes remaining. It will be the best possible odds to win a $1Million prize that is guaranteed to be given away in a very long time (not sure if people remembers the CALottery Raffle).

Yeah Guy, we're all a bunch of nice people.... Crazy but nice people!
I'm probably the craziest of the bunch, so don't stand too close to me. You dont wanna get what I got! ;-)
We're from all over NY State. We're from Albany, Oneida County, Brooklyn, The Hudson Valley (that'd be me and you) and also Queens.
I go over to Connecticut a lot. (I have a daughter that goes to college over there. As a matter of fact I'm going over there today because her car has a problem that I have to take

Any true Christians on this forum ?? can u love both GOD and LUST LOTTERY wins
This is an interesting discussion. Me and my mom have hashed this one out many times. I live by the rule that if I can find it in the Bible, and it specifically calls it out, then I will leave it alone. However, I do not believe in a specific church doctrine. The Bible is infallible, man is not. Too many pet sins creep in to doctrine and some how get taught as God's word. Any way, one of my main problems with people calling the lottery a sin is that most of them are doing the same thing in a dif

Do you guys buy the $150 each Home raffle tickets?
The St Jude raffle tickets are $100 each here too, and they only sell 7,500 or so of them. I used to buy one per draw but never won anything. I haven't bought one in a couple years but could buy one this year. We'll see.
The house here is usually worth around $350K - $400K, plus they give away a dozen smaller prizes too, most worth a few hundred dollars up to a few thousand.

Post your scratch ticket results
I got kind of lucky after work when I stopped to cash those tickets I had won on. I like to go to the Safeway and take all the losing tickets out of the trash can so I can enter them online for points for prizes and raffle entries. One of the Big Cash Multiplier tickets (#55) had a number match of 29 for a prize of $10 and the bottom of the ticket had a 5X multiplier ($50 total prize)! I thought that was cool that was the biggest winning ticket I have ever found discarded. I wished good luck to
