Dealing with your family when you won.
This is one of the things you have to control if you do win a big prize. I mean look at the guy that just hung himself....when he won he was buying TV's and cars for everyone. A few years later he was broke. I mean you can give people money but you have to know how much you can give and know how to say the magic word NO. You might look like a tight ass but at least you will be a rich tight ass. Only at most 20% of your winnings should be given out to family members and splurging on them. Y

Ga. Midday... Key three 2,,5,,8,,
Well.... we got the Odd outside pair at last. We of course got out Key Three as almost usual.... 2,,,,5,,,,8 And............. and............ like a hole in the head we get another double. Up until the last digit we had a consecutive going soooo nice. If you combine draws ........you just got 4 doubles in a row.....!!! Which is worst odds than trying to catch a triple. I guess you can feel pretty confident in a Six way for tonight... LOL Gross.... or.... an opportunity for someo

question for players with GH wheels?
It works like this. When you examine the wheel, you will find it made up of multiple smaller sets of numbers played off against each other. Say the set 01-02-03 appears most often = ten times and 04-07-12 appears only once. If the winning draw contains the first set you have the maximum 3# win possibility of 10, but if the second set appears you can win only once, hence the spread of possible wins up to 10, but some inbetween set is most likely. It helps to know the real odds when you choose

$500 Million Jackpot!
When you ask these types of questions I wonder why you even bother to put PowerBall on the list. When the jackpot reaches around $350 million they cap it at $25 million increases. This means after that point you will need 6 more drawings to reach the $500 million mark. Odds of that are really really slim. Mega Millions will take at most 3 drawings after the $350 mark to the $500 mark. This is possible especially with the sales patterns of lately. Time will tell but I believe it will happen

Buying a whole pack? ?
If I were to buy a pack of $10 tickets in GA it would be Jumbo Jumbo Bucks. The odds are much better than that $200 million cash spectacular. Jumbo-1:2.5200 mill: 1:3.26 I like to buy a book every now and then. I usually save my free tickets or $2 winners for that though. Just for fun more than anything. I know the cashiers hate me but oh well it's their job. Just my opinion... I bought a book of ($5)Giant Jumbos from GA and I won $640 total after spending $300. I really love those tickets.

Another New York Concept
The source is mathematics. I calculated what the payout would be compared to the odds. And the answer is 9%. So much of the prize pool goes to smaller prizes, and this system would put more (but not too much more) into the jackpot. And if people see a higher, and growing, top prize, more people will play. Besides, there already is a game with big smaller prizes, Take Five.So in conclusion, the scales are tipped too far to the side of smaller prizes right now, this would help balance it out.Would

Serious rule P4 $ Take this to the Bank
Thanks RJOH. Going ahead and including the doubles etc. into the mix as the next days possible numbers does lower the chances of a repeat per cent. The other figure was playing just from regular single to single numbers. Still .....an 87% chance of a repeat even counting in the doubles etc. is more than enough reason to always include at least one of the last digits. It's very high. One way I enjoy thinking about this is like a drawing in a fish bowl .....full of nothing but regula

A Question for some Old Timers
I was thinking of an idea where as lots of people on this board would buy, let's say, 50 tickets for a Powerball drawing on some predetermined date in the future. Everyone could wheel their favorite numbers, post them on a specific board and, if one member wins - all would win? It would take a little planning and honesty on people's part, but 5,000 numbers sure has better odds than 50 lone numbers? If anyone is interested, maybe we should talk and possibly organize such an adventure, nobody cou

New To The Board - Hi
What you need to do is see how often your lottery software can win. You want to print out the history of the game and play the software against the history and see if its win was a total fluke or how long you should wait before playing again and if you do decide to, consider 126 lines in 4 draws rather then 500 in 1 draw, if that method has produced a good result in the past. No matter how you look at it, 500 lines from 500,000 or so is just that, 500 chances to win among 500,000 it isn't good
