Texas (Im)Possibles.
Thanks everybody for the key digits !One of my digit difference filters (Lowest digit to highest) got rid of and filtered out the 468 winning combo, overfiltering did it, but the use of any filter at all, even just one of them carries the risk of getting rid of the winning number. As they say, the draws are random and it is very hard to get the winning number. The only sure way is to buy all possible combos, I was very close, but close does not count, just one filter failed this time, but that wa

hello
That pool arrangement is very bad (as are most pool arrangements). The risk-to-reward equation is way off. What makes lotto-style games good is that the payoff for a small bet is enormous. But when you go into a pool arrangement like you are thinking about, your overall odds really aren't that different, but your reward goes in the toilet.Don't do it! Instead, read up on the many lotto strategies discussed here now and in the past, and use a good system or wheel to play.Plus, the lottery is en

computer states switching back to balls
Yes, I agree. Not that I'm all that happy about it of course. I miss the televised drawings as well. (we don't televise anything here any more in a cost-cutting move)Nothing I can think of will get the lotteries to swtich back to balls, and they really look only at the amount they spend/make, it has nothing to do with them caring what the players want. If it did, they wouldn't have such lousy payoff odds.Besides that, here at least, it seems like 95-98% of the players use quickpicks anyway. We

A Sure-Pay Keno Game
I was thinking about this mainly for States with relatively small populations. (I've got the biggest mosquito in the United States buzzing around my head at the moment, so I'm not thinking too clearly).A 1/70 game, one prize daily for the ticket that hits the most numbers drawn that day. Prize? In my State, maybe $10K-$15K because of the small population base. Larger States who could support it, larger prizes. The reason I'm asking is this:In New Mexico, there's a general air of suspicion abou

In the near future for the TN Lottery.
I am too. We have balls and no computers. (which I don't think we'll get). We have a good number of winners. We have really good odds after looking at some instant games in other states. A lot of people just like it here and play it atleast weekly or monthly. Everywhere I go I see people saying QP,Making play slips, or scratching tickets. Also, a lot of my friend will be going to college. (I could have but my major isn't offered in TN so I have to move to AL)

Lucky South Carolina..
If you play scratch offs in SC listen up. Today the lottery started up $100 million Cash Bonanza. Top Prize $1 million. (not sure if it's annuity or cash). Odds are 1:3.19. There is over $100 million in cash prizes. This is on the heals of another $10 ticket called cool cash which was introduced in early July. Top Prize is only $20,000, however, there are 200 top prizes out there. $10 tickets are doing really well in SC. Good Luck. I hope we get something like that here in TN.

Horses Del Mar 7/27
I used to go the races at Del Mar years ago. But one year they put down like 15 horses (I witnessed 2 of them). I decided I didn't want to see that again. They couldn't explain why, but they completely re-surfaced the track (actually down about 3 or 4 levels, if I remember correctly). I have not been back and my daughter, who has a degree in horse training, told me that it is no wonder horses break their legs. Look at their legs just above their hoofs ... it is very small.Since it is legal

Someone might have won MM
I doubt any of those lottery directors are crying. Their lotteries all made a ton of money on this run. And they all know that bigger jackpots lay ahead. Their goal is to have very high jackpots occasionally, not everytime, so I wouldn't be so quick to call this run a failure. They got exactly what the wanted. Having a winner at 170M shows everyone that the odds are not insurmountable , and that it's still possible to win. It's my guess that they would love to see two or three similar runs befo
