Everyone that plays the lottery could use money in any amount.Do I need a Million dollars no I dont. I could use 5 Thousand dollars any time.Why does if have to be a million dollars to attract buyers? An extra buck? Heck no, raffles should be free!
Our CA Superlotto came out with a free raffle draws with every ticket, right before Powerball was introduced in CA. That would have been a nice feature to have as an alternative to PB. But they wimped out and yanked it after a few weeks. Dumb.

Well I myself am in a situation like that...one I said I'd never be in. I misplaced my tickets, a raffle type, Jumbo Draw (Summer). I bought 3 of 'em...and have no dam Idea what happened to them. I'll keep an eye out. Who knows...one of 'em might be the Grand Winner(s) about a little over a $Million
