It's not balls that are the problem, its a poor matrix design. They should have altered the game a long time ago. Instead they chose to ignore the problem and had a long string of low jackpots. I buy $10 tickets maybe once a week. I usually win on them. (Most I've won is $40). If we had $20 tickets I would play if the odds were good and if the top prize was good. For TN we have enough players they could go to $2 million annuity or $1 million in a $20 ticket. They could go $500,000 on a $10 ticket.Note: There is a $5 ticket here with a min top prize of $1 million. It's annuity though. Win for Life. You get $52,000 a year for the rest of your life.
