I have several of the Gail Howard books and would say the provide a good leg up for people new to playing the lottery. There is no step by step method/system provided that works to give you a steady series of wins leading to a jackpot. That is why Oregon is one of the best states due to its higher than normal payout on games. I was recently in ontario and loved the encore game but now I think its horrible. Adding a number to make the odds of hitting it 10 million to one for a million bucks. Why does every game a state or country offer need to be a huge jackpot game. It really is bad.
