Last year was my first time ever playing (or knowing about) this raffle. While I rarely play the lotto, I like the idea of a 1 in 125k shot for 1 million dollars. I wish the payouts were a lot more (95% like casino's) instead of the 50% but I am still going to get some more tickets. I was thinking about getting 10 or so. I wonder what the chances are of winning with 10 tickets, I know its 10/125,000 but that seems much better than the big lottos that are 1/175 million.

Did you wake up finally? Funny how during every record jackpot new members arrive claiming they won trying to rile up others and seeking attention. Face it you did not win crap. If you did post some pics of the ticket, and post your name now so when the winners are revealed they match. I guarantee that you won't do either. I was just about to start a post asking if the other state lotteries were advertising this. Idaho was starting to ramp up advertising when the JP his 100 million or so, but I have seen nary an ad for this run. Weird. They are running ads for the raffle. Maybe all their budget went for that?

We have a raffle in MA that guarantees one winner half of the sales, with minimum payout of $500,000. Other prizes include a draw every wednesday from Nov 7 to the D-day in which 5 people will win $1,000. hahaha the guys who run MA lottery can't seem to get it. All their raffles have been failures because they try things without much research NOT interested PA VA raffles are the best, 4 instant millionaires and many other small prizes on the D-Day. No gimmicks, no spices.

For some reason, the Florida Lottery lists the results in drawn order, making it difficult to check your tickets. On the other hand, Lottery Post's Florida Lottery Results page displays the raffle results in numeric order, making it simple to check your tickets. Lottery Post also shows the store names and towns in a much-easier-to-read mixed case font.

Went to publix and only brought $25 with me. tried the 1 ticket strategy and what do you know $100 bucks ! I guess it helped the clerk told me the last 4 were losers ticket # 000 by the way I did hit $1K on Jubilee just by buying 1 that day. Ill stick to it the next few days. forgot to get a raffle today so i need to get it tomorrow
