all states 5 number games
Yes there are 3 states that have 4 + 1 games, Kentucky, Maine and New Hampshire. I did not include them in the original comparison because the odds are out of wack with the rest of the other games. For your information here is a look at these 3 states' games.statenamegame4 of 4+cash ball4 of 4NO cash ball3 of 4+cash Ball3 of 4NO cash ball2 of 4+cash ball2 of 4NO cashball1 of 4+ cash ball0 of 4+ cash ballOver-alloddsprizeoddsprizeoddsprizeoddsprizeoddsprizeoddsprizeoddsprizeoddsprizeoddsKentuck

So Close....
I hate when this happens. I bought a $.50 easy pick straight bet for Michigans Daily 3 evening draw (i never play str bets by the way). They gave me the numbers 544 in that order. Guess what has to come up in the drawing 543. Just one number off of $250! Well hey I bet odds of 1 in 100. Does that happen to you guys a lot?

I have a question?
Im with Todd. How can you be loosing??? Instead of cutting back on your odds with one or two numbers keep playing the multiples and bump up your weekly play allowance. If you ARE winning even ONCE a month your in the red.Take the $20 and double it each time you win. If you can get at least a box once a month and you follow this plan you'll be up to spending $1,000 a week and clearing $5,000 to $10,000 per month in under 7 months. (Nice full-time job) Remember to ALWAYS use the lotterys money to

Megamillions picks 12/24/02
To Bug,I seen that formula before. A year ago, when I also was trying to figure out the odds of winning, I put that and some other information in a GWBasic program which I just plug the combination size, the size of the number pool, if there is a bonus ball, the bonus ball and its pool size or if the bonus ball (as in Ohio649P) shares the same pool as the other numbers and it gives me my answer. I have checked that program against any information I've seen and it always with in 1 number. I t

Will Powerball Be Won Tonight?
They are saying that sales are a little slower but I don't think they will be less than the last drawing. I don't think I am going to make it to the Wisconsin border today:( But this is the first time that either game Powerball or Mega Millions has gotten really high since they both switched to bigger odds so who knows? It just might roll one more time! If it does I am sure it will beat the Big Game Jackpot of $363 million. But I think there will be someone or some people that will be very

Megamillions picks 12/24/02
The 5/5 + B should = 52 combos, suppose you had inside information on the first five numbers. You would play those numbers and each of the other 52 numbers for an outlay of 52 bucks. 4/5 + B == 235 combo. I have it as 4/5 + B = 48 combo since it matches 4 balls in the 52 state space and the B ball is matched, 52 - 4 = 48 ball combos that missed. We're looking at combos and not odds, which is confusing at first. Okay, I have a feeling this might be boring so I'll digress, so I spare everyone.

72 win $100,000
The Powerball website posted the numbers of winners in each prize level and there were 72 winners of $100,000. I added up the numbers of total winners which included my two small winnings and there were a total of 90,214,740. With odds of 1:36 of having a combination that wins something, probably over 120,000,000 combinations were sold. For Saturday drawing, I played 42 combinations that included all 42 bonus balls and matched 3 for $7 and a bonus ball for $3, now some of my associates want i
