RJOh:I've just started playing this past week, not 7 years. I think to answer your comment, you play with these #s that haven't hit for 7 years cause the odds are slightly in your favor rather than those #s that have hit most recently.Think of it as flipping a 1,000 sided dice. Given time, these sides will dventually hit sooner than those that have already been hit recently. Hello All. New to the forum. Must say, it's very interesting and some of the posts are very good. I currently live in NJ and have never played Pick 3 until I came to this site a week ago. On an average for a straight bet in NJ, the average payout is $275 on a 50 cent bet. $275 will buy you 550 picks out of a total of 1,000 combinations therefore the coverage is 55%. Well, Bradly, in MY OPINION, the odds stink in the EXTRA. You won last night but how many other nights did you lose? You need to keep track and you will find that you might as well buy more Pick 3 tickets than the EXTRA.
