What Powerball is suggesting..
The Powerball States around Ohio get 10 percent of their sales from Ohio and Ohio hope to keep those players in Ohio with the addition of the Biggame. If the Powerball is a better deal, those people on the boarder will continue to play the powerball and the Biggame will have to make some adjustments to keep those players in Ohio. Judging from the suggestions in the survey, the odds of getting some of your money back could be better in the powerball and all the prizes could be bigger. There has b

minor criticism: Mega Millions
I have no major complaints about Mega Millions (although maybe the jackpot prize level should be a little smaller, since 400+ million jackpots are inevitable anyway; perhaps second prize should be 200k). Since I live in NY state, I welcome BG-MM. The NY Lotto pays a ridiculously low 40%. Matching 3 of 6 numbers in NY Lotto pays only $1. Overall odds of winning in NY Lotto is 1 in 46. So, having a 1-in-43 chance of winning a minimum $2 will encourage NY-area players to try BG-MM. I think Ohio pla

The Predictor Genie is back?
I am confident that Luck comes from others, it's a thought and concept that by asking for a lotto number from another their is a potential percentage that it could hit? Therefore, for free I will be more than happy to predict a winning number for you! Keep in mind that I will not use any software at this time. I will use my pure considerations and keen sense for you, but later coming in early June I will use a software tool that will increase my odds of picking a winner within 45 days, every 45

OFFICIAL: New BG odds 1:135 million!!
Hello All,Ya know.. I've thought about this a few times and while I realize that someone that did this wouldprobably be a little twisted it does make me wonder..Let's say the game is changed and the odds do change to 135 million to 1. If the jackpot doesreach 500 million, what's stoping someone from playing all 135 million combinations? What I'mtrying to get at is that while it would be a pain in the butt to play all the possibilities the large jackpot is like an investment, If I knew that I cou

OFFICIAL: New BG odds 1:135 million!!
Pat ... I've been reading (ALL) your posts. Are you sure the 52/52 matrix is official ... I've been told that too but nothing was supposed to be made public until the 10th.In reading the news section of this website ... the Michigan Lottery official stated that jackpots of 500 Mil are mathematically possible ... I say, he's a little off. Try 3/4 BIL or higher even. I mean to say, the sky is the limit ... you've got 2 major states joining the club plus those states that border them .... you've go

Big ame Lottery changes
The BG will become a new game in mid-May. Ohio and New York will become the eighth and ninth states to participate. The jackpots will start at $10 million (like Powerball) instead of $5 million. What has not been made public are the new number fields, and the prize amounts for the lower tiers. There WILL be at least two numbers added; whether the top half, the bottom, or both are affected have been kept secret. There is a strong rumor that the top half will become 52 numbers, with 52 on the bott

Hi Todd
I really don't think the new game will generate a lot of new players, not consistent ones at least. It's true that more people play when the jackpot is high, but that is only momentary. But when players find out just how rarely somebody wins in the NEW BG they will probably hedge their bets on better odds games.I agree that there is a very large market for a big jackpot game, but only for a game that is reasonably fair and somewhat attainable. However, the NEW Big Game, I believe, is a scheme fo

CASH 3 GAME, DIGIT COUNT
John,I perform a similar analysis for NJ. I use a base period of only about 120 draws or 2 months with NJ double daily draw. I found that the game tends to shift a little in about 2 months time. On the whole it does work well because the numbers are trapped with their most likely pairs. One important thing to remember for all of us performing co-digit and sum/root analysis is that the lottery (in NJ I know this for sure) will run off anywhere from 3 to 6 practice draws off camera prior to the ac

Picks for BIG GAME>>FRIDAY>>12/28/01
The overall odds of winning a prize is 1:31, with so many numbers someone should win something. If I don't get at least a dollar back this week, I going to have to find a new way of picking my numbers (maybe quick picks). These are the numbers I played for the last three draws of the year: 03 13 31 32 47 (17) 07 20 24 37 44 (03) 01 18 22 34 41 (24) 05 21 23 26 43 (01) 08 12 29 35 46 (25) 04 10 17 40 42 (02) 09 16 27 39 48 (08) 02 15 30 33 50 (15) 06 14 28 36 38 (19) 11 19 25 45 49 (21) 19 27 34

Test Game: Mass Millions 12/20/2001 Odds 1 in 4
As I responded to RJOH, the pick 5 games are difficult to figure out due to the low number of balls used which increases the probability of repeat numbers and consecutive numbers on each draw. Pick 5 games require a large number of plays in order to meet the criteria that I follow. For example, I try to shoot for at least three numbers on one line of my slip. In a pick 5 game and pick 6 game, I try toreach the 66% mark. That is, I want at least a 66% chance that the numbers I choose will be draw
