Test Game: Mass Millions 12/20/2001 Odds 1 in 4
hi since i am from Mass. i will be quite interested watching this game. It would be a little difficult playing all your #'s so i will pick a few and see what kind of luck i will have. half a loaf is better than none. Have you given some thought about applying your #'s to the Mass. cash which is a 5 number lotto here. It seems to make some sense that picking 5 #'s should reduce the odds somewhat. What do you think? Thanks for listening.

Test Game: Mass Millions 12/20/2001 Odds 1 in 4
I have tested some systems in Ohio..My most recent test was on the Buckeye five.I won $250.00 after about three weeks of plays at $4.00 a day. Even though the odds on this game are low (about 1 in 400,000) it's a very difficult game to figure out due to the number of balls in use. The lower the total numbers used, the greater chance of repeat numbers from game to game. There is also a higher probability of numbers running together such as 1-13-14-19... This game requires a large number of plays

Numbers to eliminate for Big Game drawing 11-02-01:
Think about it,if I elimanted all 50 numbers, I would be right about 45 of them, which is 45/50 or 90%. Since the Biggame pays on 1/35 ticket (as good as any lottery pays), if I told you a combination will not win anything, I would be correct over 97% of the time. My point is, if someone tells you not to play the lottery or any particular numbers in the lottery because your are going to lose, they are going to right over 90% of the time, not because they know something you don't, because of the

The Frequency Of 0-1-4 (wheeled).......
Rob,What I meant was a number from least to greatest. First to second to last position. Most call these numbers boxed-down least to greatest . I prefer to call them step-up series numbers. Other examples: 278, 149, 347, 566, 799 etc.......If you box-down all possible combinations you'll get 210 of these numbers, minus the 10 triples of course. A regular series number would be 012,123,234,345 etc..... The overall odds of step-up series numbers falling is 1:5 draws. This terminology is just my pre

Patrick,I know you weren't necessarily hoping for McGreevy, but I'm just hoping your prediction is wrong. The polls are strongly leaning towards McGreevy, but I can hope! Everytime I think of McGreevy, I can't help but picture Florio. NJ residents (and surrounding states) may appreciate that...I thought your other post was excellent. I happen to be fortunate to be in a state that has lottery games with a good-sized number pool (decent odds), plus good prize structures. Your post did a nice job o

Lucky could you post 1-2 good numbers for the poor.
With information from Froggie, this is a revised calculation. 28 combination boxed = 168 combination. Check them in the 31 states that have Pick3 drawings and again in the 11 states that have mid-day drawings, that's (42x168)7056 chances to match 3(box or straight). On the days that all these drawing happens that list should match 3 an aveage of (7056/1000) 7 times. That's what it has done. In Ohio, we have a pick3 drawing twice a day so the odds of a number from that list hitting is (336/1000)

Powerball
I have been using LottoPro2000 for a year. The website updates its files everyday and it has a good selection of wheeling systems for every type of game. That about as good as it gets for lottery programs. When playing the Biggame and Powerball with their better than 1/35 payout, I seem do better playing combinations which includes all or most of the numbers. I haven't won any big prizes yet. In the last Powerball drawing over 65% of possible combinations were played and there was no winner. It

STEVE PLAYER PICK 5 and PICK 6 SYSTEMS
All the lotteries that I've played have odds of 1/1000 or worst of matching 4 and pays only a hundred dollars or so. I doubt if any system could match four continuiously with a player coming out ahead money wise. The only one that making any money off such a system is the seller. I've watch several lottery form, read a lot of talk about great systems, but have yet to see anyone post winnings numbers regularly before they hit. I've never seen an offical news release about any of these people ever

Traditional lotto games an endangered species?
Todd: One reason NJ Pick-6 Lotto is doing well is that the neighboring New York Lotto (6/51) continues to gyp players by returning only 40% of sales as prizes. A 3-of-6 match wins a FREE PLAY (overall game odds 1 in 60.) Three numbers and the bonus (Aug. 1) paid just $8.50 ! (The Michigan 6/51 and Ohio 6/49 pay better in the upper tiers than NY.) The NY Take Five (5/39) DOES return 50%, but is not a jackpot game. The members of the NY state legislature probably don't buy many lottery tickets.
