Good luck Oso. Hope you win a bunch. I find new data all the time to look at and just this week have come upon things that are allowing me to cut back in the amount of $ I spend and starting to get 4 8 numbers consisstently each day. It's all that I can do to track one of the draws so won't be of much help for the AM, Evening or Night draw. Afraid you will have to accumulate that info yourself. All that I know is the AM and Night draws are not like the Noon and neither is the Evening draw. Other

I run a Canada Lotto 649 pool where I pick our numbers and have studied every number drawn since June 12, of 1982 and developed my own system for picking numbers based on its history of ball dropped numbers. I don't recall any discussion about using a Bingo system for pick-5 games, but I'll bet it's similar to pick-3 tic-tac-toe systems. Put in 25 numbers and use the lines, vertical, horizontal, diagonal, etc. I'm guessing Steve's cards have mathematical win guarantees like abbreviated wheels. You should create your own cards and use the money you saved by not buying Steve's cards to win a jackpot!
