Just because its legal or illegal , this was a CASE of Morality and honesty. The Gent who ran off with the monies is immoral and attempted to scam the true claimant. Another story...in Germany time...some particular secular folks were encamped becuase a ruler decided they were illegal / substandard ....Sorta the same attitude exhibited by some of the less then open mind

now that i have mentioned 1 trick...although its not really a trick...i dont trick the machine into anything...lets talk about something unfair.... new york often often has powerball promotions to try and entice people to buy MORE powerball tickets. Now the promotion in my opion is a SCAM!!!!!!! Yes I said it... (thinking) (thinking), should i say it? I dont want to try and enlighten people only for them to try and get me BUSTED!!!!

Aint that something...There must be a way to figure out what number to take up or down to get the exact hit...I read on a post somewhere last night saying a guy can prove 100% the N.C. Lottery is crooked. he can pick 2 of the 3 number every day. He says he has a way to do it, claiming it is the same way NCEL does it. I may email him and see what I can find out. you dont have to pay me for the numbers, only after you win 12 22 34 45 55 pb 18 whgat a scam i am, i can just belt out dozens of numbers, and not pay a cent, but if bby some chance they win claim a % of your paid for gamble. ie a tip costs nothing to the tipster now if its share tips and someone with a position in the mining compay or such it might be differnt.
