Do some number combinations have better odds?
Hi Stack I have been reading and trying to catch up on this thread as I have so busy I seem to have missed about 80 pages since I last visited. If Ron's money does not run out first he should have a good shot at hitting some good prizes. Hitting the 5of5 in 28 can be a chore to it's self as the odds say that we can expect to match 2.5 numbers in 28. I wish I knew what maddog and a few others were using to make there selections as they seem to be doing far better than expected. I n

A dime a dozen - Lottery Systems
Simply there is NO system . you or everwho else can NEVER beat the game. if you do not understand the law of probabilities in MATHS you can never understand the game. ALL suggested ideas i have gone thru the forum are nonsense. take the last digit, add one minus one plus 3 multiply then they come to the conclusion ooh i have a hit etc..... This nonsence. if you have a hit simply it is a coincidence and the combination you hit is simply one of the 1000 odds in pick three game.

Boot Thanks for the vote of confidence, I just hope I can live up to it. MM is proving to be a little harder then expected. The only things that stopped me from playing these games in the past was the odds and my budget. With the pool play the budget is not a problem so I just have to work around the odds. DM was built around my P-5's with a 15 play limit. MM's 5-56 matrix has a ratio of around 6 to 1 to that of my 5-39 so to compensate we need to play 60 to 90 lines. We are not

How many winning numbers do you usually get on your QP
Take 1 $3 to $5 QP and wheel the numbers on that QP and playthose numbers. That will cost you less than 100 tickets does. And you will end up with 4 numbers correct. 08-18-39-45-47 04-14-19-26-38 16-18-25-33-34 02-15-20-45-52 19-29-46-51-53 These are five MM QPs generated from LP's QP generator and I excluded the bonus numbers because they are irrelevant to your method. To get the advantage of matching four numbers by using the 22 different numbers those five QP produced, I'd

M LOL, don't worrie about being booted as we all got some room to improve. I don't play MM or PB so I have to start from scratch and would be the first one booted. I wanted to make it hard but cut down the load and see how people fair. I would plan on ranging filters as we move along but for now focus on the single values. This will make ranging them seem easy once we get to that point. When I play mY P-6 with 7 million plus sets then move back to my 5-39, the 5-39 seems so easy.

RL, As I said in an earlier post, I LOVE the RLP option! I've been using the version from V3 and I can't say enough good things about it. I'm excited to see what you do with it, but I hope it retains the same processes it's using presently. Sir, I don't know how it works but it beats the odds! My method has been the following: 1. Run RLP, without any filtering, and I automatically pick a couple sets to play. I KNOW that it hits regularly, so 1 out of some-thousands odds is better than 1

Four $1M Powerball tickets sold in same county, at same chain
The odds of winning at least $1 million by matching the first five numbers in a Powerball drawing are 1 in 5.15 million. Four people beat those odds in Florida this week. In the same county. Buying from the same grocery chain. Four tickets bought from a Publix store in separate cities in South Florida's Broward County matched the first five numbers drawn on Wednesday night, said David Bishop, Florida Lottery deputy secretary. Each missed the Powerball digit, but still won a prize of at

Expected Value is the average return based on odds and prizes. There isn't really a set formula (it can be calculated for a wide variety of games), but it's fairly simple to calculate, if you know all of the variables (I don't, so I had to estimate). This was the excel spreadsheet I used. The first column is the expected prize, the second is the odds of winning it and the third is the product of the two. As you can see, I had $7,828,648 as the expected Jackpot win. This is because I used the cas

$100 on Powerball
What I can't fathom is how ................. Don't feel bad, there are plenty of players who have won big once and can't fathom why they can't win big again after repeating what they did for their first big win a hundred times or more. It's the unpredictable nature of a random drawing. You probably won something, just not what you expected. If you were with in these parameters then everything was normal. tickets or chances per draw 50 possible combos of 5/59 + 1/35 numbers = 175223510
