What is a lottery system? What distinguishes a lottery system from guesses, dreams and quick picks?
PS
I also want to add that I got a 10 dollar easy match QP which had 5 lines and not one of the numbers matched.
However If I buy a normal QP I bet that there would be many dups in the numbers selected. Just another scam
to rake it in.

LOL....Josephus, don't let the number of posts fool you. People with big number of posts are shooting the breeze, making jokes, or spending more time talking about winning the lottery, or how one can't win the lottery, than working on a method.
Others come here to shake the trees and inspect the coconuts that fall.
Quantity does not equal quality.
You have to hope no one has bad intent in their visitation, but you never know. Just look at the REPORT SCAM/SPAM button in your PM box. Ther

Maryland liquor store owner charged in lottery scam
Hey be careful what you wish for you may really come back as a fly in the afterlife...LOL only kidding!
Yes I agree she deserves to go to jail and i'm glad they did this undercover sting. More Undercover operations should be done like this in the future in other states too to crack down on scam artists who are willing to steal prize money from would be winners. It's a sad thing that we have dishonest lottery clerks like her working all over the country and the sad reality is that things li

Lucky Lines (Florida Lottery)
well, I have officially quit this one.
The most I ever got was $10.00. The clerk at Publix told me that she heard that other people at other Publix's had won $500, $1000 but never at her Publix.
I played a $1.00 a day for a while and would get back my dollar abou 60% of the time.
I say it's a scam. No one has won at the other prize levels.
This is a very suspect game by its very nature. I prefer to see actual balls jump up and down. The good-old fashioned way. This Lucky lines is mor

Florida shopkeeper accused of taking tourist's lottery winnings
Naji Farah thought it was his lucky day: a $5,000 lottery prize.
The only problem, police say, the lottery ticket wasn't his.
The Miami Beach market owner is accused of scamming the rightful owner, telling the man the ticket was worth $600 and pocketing the rest.
Police arrested Farah, 45, this week on a charge of felony grand theft. And Florida lottery officials have suspended his store's license while the criminal charges are pending.
Miami Beach police say Farah took advantage of

What's with NY Sweet Million??
Yes, my freebie ticket does say $3.00 on it, and I agree with all your comments, but I don't understand the part about invalidating the $3.00 quick pick.
Do you mean my $3.00 ticket would not be a valid winner if it had 3 or more matching numbers? I was thinking about that, but did not address my concerns about my $3.00 ticket not being good in my post. This was the first time I purchased any lottery tickets from this retailer, so maybe he thought he could scam me.
My Mom gets QP's, I got

retailers not validating sratch offs
That's a very clever scam. Selling lottery tickets is a sure way to make money but only the government is allowed to sell lottery tickets. By not activating the tickets, those tickets were never sold and he pockets the sales revenue, small prizes are not a big deal for him to cover and should the win be big enough that he couldn't cover it, he could still activate the ticket. He is taking a risk because if he's doing this systematically then the lottery commission will detect that his sales are

And judging from this and your other opinions in this post, it's clear you don't really care that much about the experiences your family and others will have at your funeral and beyond either. You would probably get allong well with people who call senior citizens on the phone and use verbal prowess to separate them from their bank accounts, or those who create and market computer lottery software to people not mathematically trained to realize that what they are purchasing are

Should illegal immigrants be able to claim lottery prizes?
Immigration status is a hot debate in this country. It varies from state to state, but many states do not have laws against illegal aliens claiming lottery prizes. Here in California an illegal immigrant collected a $2,000,000 prize and two days later was deported to Mexico, with his money. In North Carolina, lawmakers are trying to put into place a ban against undocumented people collecting prizes, whereas in South Carolina such a law already exists. Keep in mind that a common lottery scam is p

Winning Strategies for lotto, pick 3 etc.
I'll repeat this: If something was deleted, then the person was either cursing (or attacking someone), or it was spam.
Let's say for example that someone posts spam (i.e., an ADVERTISEMENT or SCAM) and titles it winning strategies . After I delete that spam, I guess you can somehow make the case that I have deleted somebody's winning strategies post, but that would be downright silly. It would be SPAM that I deleted.
If you are looking for a bunch of advertisements, lottery scams, and othe
