OHIO Lottery Machine was Hack using Fhhl Hacking it.
The draw machines are not connected to any network. They are stand-alone machines.
California describes their procedures on their website saying:
The automated draws machine are state-of-the-art, stand-alone computers. Two automated machines and three randomization methods are used for the daily draws. The computers hard drive cannot be opened without breaking a numbered security seal and the programs inside the computer that generate the random numbers are permanently implanted and canno

Kentucky Lottery keeps an eye on frequent winners
Lotteries have been monitoring repeat winners for as long as I remember. Not just for security but also out of curiosity, as Chip says, data mining.
They can even tell when the big players play because sales will spike at certain locations in short periods of time. If someone wins frequently at a particular store and this correlates to sales at the time of the purchase, the lottery can determine how much that player is spending and how often they play.
Based on the $20K estimate, Kevin ha

Trouble with Lottery Post
What is Private Mode ???
You can't increase the security settings on IE from med/high to High [I tried this], b/c it disables Java Script. LP needs Java Script and cookies to function properly.
Last night, 11/18, I experienced problems posting myself. An internal error page popped up, each time I tried to post. It eventually resolved itself though.

UK lottery winner says he's happier now that the money's gone
I would be scared to death to win the Mega Millions or PowerBall, though I do buy a ticket of each. I've read many places that at such high odds buying more than one ticket does you no good! I tell myself I would avoid buying ridiculous things like planes and giraffes but I know I'd have to spent a fortune to get a gated estate with security and other measures to protect my family...people would want to home invade or grab your kids and crazy crap like that.
But you never know what changes yo

Does anyone have any ideas of how to recover them
Thanks

So what would the "Holy Grail" of Pick 3 playing be?
Well, of course, the computerized drawings are not truly random. The algorithm is a pseudorandom number generator(PRNG). But, you can ,probably, forget about anyone figuring it out. This is only wishful thinking.
Anyway, what exactly makes you believe that they tinkered with the algorithm and ,also, for the purpose of frustrating players? Even if they did, there are other possible reasons for doing so. For example, to either fix an issue or ,simply, make it better. Just fyi, there have been

New multi-state lottery game launches Sunday
don't think people on here are all that excited about winning only a million dollars maximum for playing a 5.00 ticket. they will accept winning 1 million as the 2nd tier prize in the other big games but this one will struggle after the novelty wears off as 5.00 a line is just too much. also not a lot of interest in flying to vegas to sit in a studio audience for a remote chance to win more. people just don't want to do that. have you tried to fly lately. surly, untrained security forcing you to

Iowa Lottery still hunting mystery Hot Lotto winner [video]
Maybe because it probably constitutes wiretapping in any jurisdiction that requires all parties to a conversation to consent to recording it. Iowa is a one party state, meaning any participant to a conversation can consent to having the conversation recorded. Even then there will be limitations where a person has a reasonable expectation of privacy. That wouldn't apply at the counter of a convenience store, but would almost certainly apply in apharmacy where you may be discussing your health car
