Where'd everybody go?
I have a feeling FLORIDA is not living up to everyone's expectations.
Present company included.
Man... I have NOT seen such low payouts and winners as I am seeing from their website versus the past.
Getting worse and worse everyday.
Off Topic.. stay clear of those Lucky Lines games.
The Odds are enough to make you laugh! Another big joke and fleecing of the public.
Just take a look at the ODDS.

My digit system for pick-5 or pick-6 lottery
joker17,
You really surprise me bringing this up at this time. This has been dealt with ad nauseum in this thread and in Fooled By Randomness. Your mysteriously disappearing math professor turned wagering method salesman writes,
Upon the first presentation of my discovery which we will refer to as 'Random Number Displacement' ... or ... RND, for brevity, the old belief, which is still the accepted rule of random numbers by most students, was suppose to show that regardless of what happene

Lucky and unlucky Scratch-off ticket numbers
Big Winner Spectacular goes up to 119 (numbers 000 through 119). Unless the Money Money Money tickets are back to the old way of putting 60 in the book then they should go up to 119 as well since they are 10 dollar denomination.
Most of the one dollar tickets have 300 in a book...........000 through 299
Two dollar tickets.............000 through 149. (150 in a book)
Three dollar.....................000 through 099 (100 in a book)
Five dollar........................000 through 059 (60

Three number matches
OK, this is on the Canadian Lotto 6/49 because there's a lot of historical data, it goes back to 1982 and for the time being I'm in Canada rather than Texas.
The minimum that you have to match in the 6/49 is three numbers so I took all 2,734 draws and parsed them into the three number combinations from each draw then I have a script running through all 13.98 million combinations scoring them on how many three number matches they would've had, if the combination was one that matched all six n

The 3 Combos + Delta Difference System [3CDD System]: For Pick3...
The problem I'm having with your equation is that there's too much guessing going on. I first have to guess the right number from 1,2 or 3, then guess what the delta numbers are in order to get the winning combo. The first guess of 1, 2 or 3 isn't so bad, but the second part of your equation has a lot of possibilities.
The possibilities are as follows:
9-8 9-7 9-6 9-5 9-4 9-3 9-2 9-1
8-7 8-6 8-5 8-4 8-3 8-2 8-1
7-6 7-5 7-4 7-3 7-2 7-1
6-5 6-4 6-3 6-2 6-1
5-4 5-3 5-2 5-1
4-3

Joker, the thread you pointed to was a poll I did on player s preferences in possible future online games.
There was nothing in the poll that said or implied ball draws are a gift from God . I know there are reasons to wonder why a system is not working but blaming the tubes is just plain crazy for losing. If it s any condolence, I would not play the games if the tubes rotaions are after you and preventing you from winning.

My digit system for pick-5 or pick-6 lottery
RL,
There is one unequivocally true statement in your Post above:
In a game with 100,000 possible sets the odds of winning are 1 in 100,000 for each set
played. If 2 sets are played by the same person then this person has a 2 in 100,000
chance of winning based on the odds.
Unfortunately, I either can't agree, or I'm completely baffled by most everything else.
E.G., what value is there in pointing out the obvious fact that you must buy a ticket to win?
Most people play lot

New York: 7/1 - 7/31/2010
I have made up to $6,300 in a day playing Pick 3 (June 16 of this year on 172).
I have had days when I made $900 and $1800.
Just two weeks ago I made $2,550 on 509 when it hit on July 9.
I can see myself making $10,000 or more every month in the near future because I am getting better at Pick 3 every day. I am getting better at it because it's the ONLY game I play.
My point is this NY216; by putting MORE money on Pick 3 you can make the same kind of money you can playing Pick 4. And

Statistically Speaking - QP's and PP's
LotteryTechInc,
....If a person can hit more than once using some kind of system or strategy then that's PROOF it works but he says it has too workconsistantly and with a profit NO method in the world can do thatbecause it's NOT the system at work here it's the player the systemjust gives you an edge and lays out the information regarding how thenumbers behave throughout a draw history but the final decision isthe PLAYER the system doesn't work on it's on it's not AUTOMATED itrequires human

Statistically Speaking - QP's and PP's
Quick Picks account for 70% of the tickets sold and 70% of the winning tickets.
Four times a week Raven62 posts all the MM and PB payoff results but it's not broken down into Quick Picks and Player Picks. Coin Toss been posting the Illinois Little Lotto jackpot winners for a couple of years now, showing QP vs PP, but with no breakdown of secondary prizes. But we can assume 70% is an accurate figure because form the FAQ in the Powerball site: About 70% to 80% of purchases are computer picks.
