I must say something here. Just this week I saw online a system/ secret that showed (an example given online at the web site) I will not post the site. About when the digit 0 appeared inside of the pick 3, what to expect in the pick 4. then I see it here at the Lottery Post as well. Information gets around!

Mega-Millions / Powerball wheels do not Work. The chance of you finding the right wheel are against you. You only will win the lower tier payoutS with these wheels never a JACKPOT. Just my 2 cents worth , I tried several softwares never to win even on pick 3 or pick 4 . I developed my own system thru trial and error for all games . Pick 3 -Pool Number Boxed System
This is a a no-match boxed system. This system is not mine. I found it on Youtube and it's David Mehmet's System. I thought I'd share it. If you know what will be the lowest number for that days' drawing, you will play that pool. So if you feel certain that the lowest number for the pick 3 will be 5, then you would play all the number in pool 5. The higher the lowest numbers drawn, the more number you have to play. If you're sure that the lowest number will be a 0, then you will have 34 combo's

Hello buddy I see you killing them too I am so happy for you guys over there lets get them today.... whoooooooooooooo Crow I have been working on this system and it has given me whooooo some great numbers it hits pick 3 and pick 4 I said what already 2 hits this week. I did not play pick 4 last night until I see where this is going and wow buddy it is time to get paid...... I am playing around with this system also. and all i can say is Wow this is a great system!! It is good for pick 3 and pick 4.did some backtesting on pick 4 as well and I like it ,I like it Big Thanks to you Rick G also joker17 and sully.I am sure i am going to put green in my pockets. Pick - 4 System using indexing and due pairs.
An explaination of indexing for lottery numbers is you take the number of hits, divided into the games to get a hit average.Then you take the skips divided by the hit average and this gives an index number.The higher the index number the more due that combo or pair or number is. I have taken the Michigan Pick - 4 midday and Evening merged for the whole database, 14,274 combos updated thru 11/13/10 for the due combos. I used 370 of the last hits for the pairs. Statistically Speaking - QP's and PP'sReply
After some discussion in your thread, here's is what I think about your question. I think your math as you stated it, is correct. QPs are defined by the Lottery Commission. They are the tickets you purchase which are printed quick pick or similar language. However, the lottery doesn't track SPs. They only define SPs as anything other than a QP. That is where the major difference of opinion comes up. If someone plays dreams or license plates, it is based on some random event. It isn't a QP. B
