Scratch-Off Payouts
Greetings. I am new to this forum, so forgive me if this is an old topic. I frequently play scratch-off games in New Jersey (where I live) and New York (where I work). I am completely frustrated with the payout system of these games. What kind of control are you alleging that MegaMillions exerts? Are you saying that they control 70% of the numbers from the 5/56 and 1/46 pools, or are you saying that they control 70% of the combinations played on any given drawing? How are they exercising this control?
