Absolutely true, but if conditions are met is a BIG disclaimer . What I've found from backtesting hundreds of systems over the last 10 years or so is that if you do the math associated with If conditions are met , or backtest with real data for a sufficiently long period, the odds ALWAYS reduce to what they should be, and no better (and no worse). I am not much a fan of scratchers, myself. I don't have the self-control necessary not to scratch it off right away, so the entertainment value is very minimal, very short-lived.
