IMHO, we can do a lot to put these jerks out of biz with a little effort! When I get one of these emails telling me I have won, I check where it comes from. Many use yahoo, hotmail, rr, etc email addresses. Before deleting it I forward it WITH FULL HEADERS, to abuse at yahoo dot com or abuse at whatever email domain!
