We are very active in our own security out here in semi-rural Pennsylvania. Last evening a druggie got 1 warning shot into the ground. He was held by the neighbors until the State Police collected him. We do not play nice protect oursleves according to PA State Law.

You never get your return on investment with scratchoffs I remember one day I walked into the store and put down 100 bucks and won 650.00 which was the exception because most of the time you get nothing but losers This give you a false sense of security as you think that there are more winners out there when in reality the day you won you just had a very lucky day I don't even mess with the scratchoffs any more as they just let you down

The Iowa Hot Lotto ticket had nothing to do with anonymity. Anonymity means the lottery doesn't announce the winner's name to the public. It doesn't mean the winner doesn't need to identify themself to the lottery, it doesn't mean the lottery doesn't do the same security checks, and it doesn't mean the lottery won't be send W-2G forms to the state tax department an the IRS. That's not life changing but mainly privides security for himself and his loved ones. I never saw where winning a life changing jackpot means a person must change their lifestyle. The pack tracking strategy is tricky, because unless you are well connected (like a thieving lottery security person) its hard to know where they are distributed. Different areas may start with different ranges of packs from different distribution centers. SoCal and NorCal may be completely different starting ranges. Your wrong about the voters my friend because they are VERY well informed. They want their checks. The world has an aged population that didn't save enough for their retirement and they are eating up the wealth with medicare, social security, and Federal Government pension checks faster than the working young can produce it. The voters will remove from office any politician who tries to cut these programs. Can you blame the politicians for promising more than the next guy to stay in office? T

School Dream
Horrible dream. I took my daughter to school. We went through security and entered the front desk. A burly white biker guy was sitting at the desk. I asked where Debbie was and he said the little white lady had to take care of something. I walked to the exit and my daughter said she wanted something and the numbers 269, 200 and .60 were mentioned. I feared for our safety and i told the guy that my daughter was sick and i left her medicine in the car and we ran out.
