Any players that did play the Hot Lotto in those states are probably reluctant to play nowadays. They probably associate Lotto America still with Eddie Tipton who manipulated the Hot Lotto draws. I play both QP's and SP's. When I play SP's I just get my numbers from LP's RNG. Last week I won $3 on Tx Lotto with a QP, and won $7 on 2 Step with a SP from LP's RNG. With the odds of the jackpot games, I don't care how I win any $$, I win it both ways.
