Thanks for that informative explanation, KY Floyd So when you say to keep your mouth shut if you win - you mean to not tell everyone where you bought the ticket and when? But don't the lottery people state where the winning ticket was sold? If someone wanted to cheat you out of your winnings, they could say they bought the ticket there too, no? What if there's no security video of the winning ticket being sold at that store and at that time? Just curious, thanks. It seems like such a worry,

Sounds like a good idea simply for the ability to bypass the annoying airport security these days. The lines can be insane. I haven't heard of any clubs that allow you to buy time on private jet flights but I googled a private flight from Miami to Sardinia in Italy and it seemed pricey. $250k roundtrip for 2 people - can it actually be that much?! I would never play at a casino. But assuming I did, if they told me it was a pre-spin BEFORE, they spinned it, I would have no problems with it. If they said it afterwards, I'd agree with you. But the lottery tells you about the pre-draws. Maybe I'm just stupid, but I can't see a single benefit for the lottery by conducting pre-draws, other than to ensure security and fairness of the game. If you can point out any other benefits, I'd be glad to hear.-
