This sucks! This smells like a proposal that came from someone linked to the NY Lotto game. 75 numbers! That is crazy! i got on the elevator at my building when a black man boarded the elevator. i pressed the 7 floor button and asked him what floor. he said 10 (our building only has 8 floors). i said excuse me and he replied really its 9 as he tried to hid a small gun in his hand. i jumped of te elevator as the doors were closing and asked security to call the police. any numbers associated with this dream???

I don't really agree. Your contract is with the lottery, the government, not whatever security they invested in. So even if that goes bust, you'll still get the money from the government. IF something happens to the US government then your lumpsum amount would've probably been affected as well. It'd be like the end of the world anyway. And I don't think taxes will go up and up non-stop. But who knows.
