Except few known riggings that were identified and caught, there are no other generalized common rigging done in all world lotteries(more of conspiracy until proven). Draw machine drawn or computer drawn - both have been rigged in the past. The odds are helping lottery organizations beat us. Hope someone from LP will win tonight's Powerball Jackpot. Good Luck

History shows that draws that have been rigged were rigged by individuals benefiting themselves, not the lottery agencies. The fact is, state lotteries want people to win. Why? It's good for business. If nobody ever won, why bother buying a ticket. The money paid for lottery wins is provided by ticket sales. Lotteries don't have to rig draws, the odds and payouts of the games are another reason why. If a person truly believed a lottery game is rigged, why even buy a ticket?
