The way the lotteries look at people working on systems
Years ago MM was the big game in Tx, didn't have PB yet. I kept track of the numbers drawn by how many times each number was drawn in each position. Man, I spent serious time keeping track of that twice a week, but over time I realized it wasn't worth the work. The odds and combinations were just too big, and that was back when there were 56 numbers in the matrix. Such a system might be useful in a small game such as Cash 5. Maybe? As Coin Toss likes to say, One person's self pick is an

St. Jude Dream Home $100 Raffles
Decent odds on these raffles, compared to many scratcher games, if available in your state . . link. 24% federal withholding taxes would have to be paid PRIOR to home transfer, plus state taxes if applicable. The IRS has adopted the position that the $100 ticket price is not deductible as a charitable donation for Federal income tax purposes. The IRS requires that taxes on prizes valued greater than $5,000 must be paid upon acceptance and before St. Jude may deliver the prize to the winne

Virginia: 7/1 - 7/31/2019
LOL! The thing is, if you think about it, the odds of hitting a straight are 1/1000, or 0.1%. So, where we are now with the 466 combo is roughly in the same ballpark as the probability of hitting a straight. The $500 question is - when does this finally end? I'm starting to think about September. I just don't know what year...

Lottery Ethics
They are not using AI, they are using math. Looking at your jackpot history , it goes up starting at 50K and your last draw went up 550K$. Looks like the double play that started this year is helping the bigger jackpots. The game has always been a 6/47, so they didn't change the odds by changing the matrix like MM/PB did. The house always wins.

how to rate the best criteria of taking advantage of a lottery?
Almost every US Lottery keeps around 50% based on the payoffs. For instance, a pick-3 straight pays $500 for $1, but the odds against catching a straight is 1000 to 1. There is also the overall chance of winning something that varies from game to game. PB and MM both have around a 1 in 24 chance and only slightly lower than the 1 in 22 most All-or-Nothing games give. In poker some players get an advantage over other players and why a judge ruled it was a game of skill . However with lottery

N.H. Lottery asks Concord to give Keno another shot
KY Keno started out in just a few places but now it can be played anywhere that has a lottery terminal and Online. It's not a type of game where large one time wins are expected, but more like a collection of small wins that are under the IRS radar. While it's played in bars here too, lots of convenience stores have tables set up near a large monitor showing the drawings every 4 minutes. One place even has two Kiosk lottery vending machines where players can use play slips. Playing is probab

Florida, something I'm still working on.
Have a look at May and June 2019 eve draws 2746 5746 on the 17th day of the month, I mean seriously what are the odds ? October 2018 evening draw 2220 , April 2017 midday draw 2722 falling on the same day 17th. something to it but just haven't figured it out. Repeating pairs , doubles and triples drawn at least a month apart. on top of that look at year to year drawings , even before the new system came out and it falls the same 4 digits years apart from each other. Makes me nuts trying

Lucky CT man wins $100,000 lottery prize for second time
Oh baby, I can't believe I did it again A Connecticut man just won a $100,000 lottery, barely a year after winning the same jackpot. Bruce Rosa won the top prize in the Connecticut Cash 5 on July 5. He previously won $100,000 prize in the same lottery on April 27, 2018. Oh baby, I can't believe I did it again, Rosa said, according to a press release from the Connecticut Lottery. Of the 4,000 winning tickets this week, Rosa's was the only one with all five numbers matching. The Sta
